2. NO GUARANTEE
We do not guarantee all issues will be resolved.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You must provide accurate info and maintain backups of your data.

4. DATA LOSS DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for data loss or system damage.

5. REMOTE ACCESS CONSENT
You authorize remote access for troubleshooting.

6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due before or at time of service. Fees are generally non-refundable.

7. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued at our discretion.

8. CONTRACTORS
Services may be performed by contractors under our policies.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. SERVICE REFUSAL
We may refuse service due to abuse, non-payment, or illegal activity.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12. CONFIDENTIALITY
We protect your information unless required by law.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from misuse.
